SOUTHWICK – During the second meeting of the Master Plan Implementation Committee last week, its members continued hashing out just how it will work with and monitor the town’s boards, commissions, and committees, or lead parties, for acting on the recommendations of the Southwick 2040, the master plan.
When the committee met in early January, Norm Cheever, the committee’s chair, announced he was creating a document that would list the objectives of the master plan and the “lead party” to carry out the over 150 recommendations in the plan and that he was sending the list to the leads.
