SOUTHWICK — Only 10 months after a town dog park was proposed, one of the organizers announced recently that installation should begin in a few months.
“It’s going to be called Dillinger’s Park,” said Diane Gale, who announced to the Parks and Recreation Commission last week that plans for the park are coming together.
The park is being named after the cherished dog, Dillinger, of a town couple who have pledged a “substantial donation” to the effort, Gale said.
