‘South Park’ Season 27 airs new episode tonight, here’s how to watch it

Butters experiences the reality of tariffs when he has to buy a Labubu doll for his girlfriend’s birthday in a new episode of “South Park” airing on Wednesday, September 3.

The new episode of “South Park” season 27 will air at 10 p.m. ET on Comedy Central. Those without cable can watch the show for free through Philo, FuboTV, Paramount+ or DIRECTV, each of which offers a free trial to new users. Sling is another option for streaming the show, and promotional offers are available.

After the adult series was removed from Paramount+ and season 27 was delayed due to deal negotiations, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone signed a $1.5 billion deal to continue the series on Comedy Central and Paramount+. Since locking in the deal, the series has been removed from HBO Max.

Every episode of “South Park,” old and upcoming, is available to stream on Paramount+ with a subscription which starts at $7.99 a month and offers a free trial for new users.

Comedy Central’s “South Park” is not for children, in fact it’s main goal seems to be to offend as many as possible as it presents the adventures of Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman. The show has taken on Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden, politicians of every stripe and self-important celebrities. Oh, and Kenny is killed in many episodes.

The series launched on August 13, 1997, and is based on the VHS-shared, animated short entitled “The Spirit of Christmas.” Trey Parker and Matt Stone are the co-creators of “South Park.”

In episode 4, “Butters experiences the reality of tariffs when he has to buy a Labubu doll for his girlfriend’s birthday.”

Below is a look at the new episode from South Park Studios’ YouTube Channel:
