A South Boston woman, who authorities said is infamous for stealing packages, was charged Tuesday afternoon after the Boston police say they caught her with bags of unopened packages.
Boston police said while they were delivering toys to children in South Boston, a police cadet spotted Kerry Flynn, 34, a suspected package thief.
Flynn had two bags stuffed with unopened packages, police said. She also had several outstanding warrants for her arrest on shoplifting and receiving stolen property charges.
Flynn will be arraigned in South Boston Court after she was charged with larceny from a building in connection with the package theft, police said.
