The Wildcats handled business on the road in their first outing of the postseason.
Every piece of the puzzle fit for Weymouth on Sunday. Ace Jillian Ondrick struck out 13 Beverly batters and allowed just two hits and no strikeouts.
Three different players delivered RBIs for the Wildcats in the contest. Paige Sellon led the way with three, followed by Viv Pallazo’s two.
A solo shot for Bella Pires put the Wildcats up for good.
Next, Weymouth will play either No. 1 Taunton or No. 33 Belmont.

Shea Hurley did it all for the Bombers on Sunday. The pitcher held Woburn to just two hits while striking out 10 and delivered two hits and 3 RBIs at the plate.
Helping out with the offense was Alehandra Strange who went 3-3 with 2 runs and 3 RBIs against Wobrun. Also delivering were Sydney LaPanne with two hits and three RBIs, and Grace Trempe with a two-run home run.
Next, Westfield will play the winner of No. 12 East Longmeadow and No. 21 Somerset Berkley.
