Three Springfield men suspected of a shooting at a barbershop were arrested on Thursday, Springfield police announced.
Jesus Cabrera, 45, was charged with tampering or destruction of evidence and possession of a high-capacity magazine/feeding device.
Juan Rios, 38, was charged with tampering or destruction of evidence and possession of ammunition without an FID card.
