Chicopee officials have announced that the fireworks display scheduled for Saturday, June 29, has been postponed due to inclement weather. The decision was made with consideration of the current weather forecast, officials said.
The mayor’s office is working in collaboration with the Parks Department to reschedule the fireworks display and will announce the new date on Monday.
