RUSSELL – The popular Russell Parade of Lights featuring area fire and police departments and vehicles of every kind, is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 14. The parade has been a local draw since 2000.
Parade organizer Missy Castro of the Russell Parks & Recreation Committee said this year, Santa will be brought to the Russell Town Hall between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m., arriving in a mini–Blue Light Parade of police vehicles.
