SOUTH HADLEY — Family-owned Rocky’s Ace Hardware expects to open its new 13,000-square-foot location in the Woodlawn Shopping Plaza on “the first warm day” of 2025, said Rocco J. Falcone, president and CEO.
The occasion was Wednesday’s celebratory groundbreaking for the project in the Woodlawn Plaza at 501 Newton St. It’ll be part of a mixed-use redevelopment of the 9-acre plaza that will include a 60-unit Way Finders’ mixed-income residential project first proposed in 2019.
