It’s the first day of December, which means it is the official first day of winter practices.
Teams take to the court, track, pool, slopes, rink and mat today for the first time this season with hopes high, either looking to defend their titles or to make a push and dethrone last year’s champions.
Before competition starts on Dec. 11 and the regular season march begins, take a look at all of last season’s champions and championship coverage.
