Red cups are back at Starbucks; here’s how to get one

The holidays are almost here as Starbucks brings back its free reusable red cups Thursday.

On Nov. 2, Starbucks will be giving customers its well-known 16oz. reusable 2023 limited-edition red cup when they purchase a holiday beverage. However, the red cups are known to sell out. So, arrive early.

Thursday will also be the first day the holiday menu is available at Starbucks this year.

One of the new drinks, a gingerbread oatmilk chai “combines warm gingerbread notes, a cozy blend of chai spices, and creamy oatmilk to create a cold holiday beverage that is perfectly balanced by the comforting flavors of the season.” It is available iced or hot.

Another new drink is the Oleato gingerbread oatmilk latte, which “features Starbucks Blonde Espresso combined with warm notes of gingerbread and steamed oatmilk, infused with Partanna extra virgin olive oil and finished with a subtle dusting of bright ginger and citrus flavors,” according to Starbucks.

Classic favorites including the peppermint mocha, sugar cookie almondmilk latte and sugar plum cheese danish are returning.
