
Mitchell Krasco was dominant for the Mahar boys track and field team Sunday, winning a trio of events during the early meet.
On the track, Krasco won the 55-meter hurdles, taking the race in 8.40 — nearly six-tenths of a second faster than his teammate David Phelps, who took second.
On the field, Krasco won both the high jump and the long jump. During the high jump, he edged by two Minnechaug athletes, taking first with a jump of 5-10. During the long jump, he won by more than six inches, posting a jump of 19-04.50.
