Pretty in pink: Here’s when Sugar Factory will open at Boston’s Quincy Market

It’s about to get pretty and pink in Boston, now that the official opening date for Sugar Factory has been announced.

Sugar Factory’s newest location in Boston’s Quincy Market will open its doors on Tuesday, Dec. 19. Named “The Most Instagrammed Restaurant in the United States” by Food & Wine Magazine, the Boston location will join the company’s roughly 20 locations nationwide.

The two-floor venue, spanning 11,836 square feet, will feature a 124-seat main dining room. The space will also feature “The Pink Room” with a bar for 50 people, two separate bar areas that seat 34 guests, and an outdoor café with seating for 48 people that is next to a greenhouse dining space decorated with crystal chandeliers.

The rest of the space boasts a social media influencer’s dream with plenty of photo opportunities and great food. The first thing guests will see when they walk in will be an “Instagram-worthy” floral wall with neon signs coupled with a marble staircase leading to the second-floor dining room.

The candy store will also be front and center where guests can choose from more than 50 sweets from Sugar Factory’s signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall. Meanwhile, Sugar Factory’s menu comprises brunch, lunch and dinner options as well as the brand’s signature colorful dishes and unique desserts.

Start the day with the Salted Caramel Pretzel Pancakes, Reese’s Pieces Churro French Toast or S’mores Nutella Waffle. Wash it all down with one of the restaurant’s Insane Iced Coffees, which are cold brew-based and topped with waffles in a variety of flavors.

Popular lunch and dinner menu items include the Spicy Chicken Penne A La Vodka, the Grilled Ribeye, Birria Tacos, the Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna Roll and the Chicken Parmesan.

If you still have room for dessert, try one of Sugar Factory’s Insane Milkshakes, which come in a variety of fun flavor combinations and served in a chocolate mug.

Guests can order one of Sugar Factory’s iconic smoking candy goblets, such as the “Tasha Baby” goblet and the new “Pretty in Pink” goblet, created by Kendall Jenner and Natti Natasha.

Boston’s Sugar Factory is at 100 South Market Building, Quincy Market, Units 100-134.

The restaurant will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations can be made online.
