The Foundation for TJO Animals will hold its 16th Pawzaar Craft Fair on Saturday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the parking lot of the Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Control & Adoption Center, 627 Cottage St.
The annual event, which was forced to skip a year during the COVID-19 pandemic, returns for a third straight year in 2023.
