Paper City Fabric, a thrift store for cloth, opens physical location in historic Holyoke lunch counter

HOLYOKE — After two years of reselling thrifted cloth online, Paper City Fabrics has jumped from the world of TikTok and Instagram to a brick-and-mortar location on a historic Holyoke street corner.

“It’s about creating a sense of community,” said Joseph Charles, who with business and life partner Jeffrey Cattel, founded the business that had its soft opening Wednesday at 330 High St.
