It’s been just under five years since Alissa Nowak found herself in a Springfield courtroom, caught up in a drug bust above a local strip joint after she sold marijuana to an undercover cop.
Police nabbed Nowak and another person on marijuana distribution charges at an underground “vendor party,” where dealers sold weed and drug paraphernalia to customers gathered in a warehouse space above the Mardi Gras strip club in downtown Springfield.
