NRA says it will challenge new Mass. gun law cracking down on ‘ghost guns’

The National Rifle Association will challenge a new sweeping Massachusetts gun law, which includes a crackdown on “ghost guns” in the state.

“With Governor Healey’s signature, Massachusetts has enacted one of the most egregious and freedom-restricting laws in the history of the Commonwealth,” Randy Kozuch, Executive Director of the NRA Institute for Legislative Action, said in a statement released by the NRA on Thursday.

The NRA called the bill “one of the most extreme gun control bills in the country” and a “radical gun control package.”
