WESTFIELD — For the third straight year, MacKenzie Paulin and Greenfield softball has had to face its crosstown rival, Franklin Tech, on its path to a Western Massachusetts title.
With a crown to defend, Paulin delivered another gem in the circle for No. 1 Greenfield by shutting out No. 2 Franklin Tech, 4-0, in the Class C final at Westfield State University on Wednesday.
