Nick Folk has been nearly perfect for the Titans this season. But even some of the best at their positions have off days. And even though Folk made both of his field goals and two of three extra points, that missed PAT ended up being costly.
The kicker missed a crucial extra point late in the fourth quarter that would have put Tennessee up by a point. Instead, the game went to overtime and the Titans fell to the Indianapolis Colts, 31-28.
Folk certainly wasn’t the sole reason the Titans lost, and to say he’s had a strong season would be an understatement. The 38-year-old has made 24 of 25 field goals and 19 of 20 PATs.
