NFL QB who puts mayo in his coffee signs endorsement deal, gets ‘lifetime supply of mayonnaise’

Rookie quarterback Will Levis raised eyebrows and drew chuckles when it became public knowledge that he puts mayonnaise in his coffee.

Now, the Tennessee Titans quarterback is turning that condiment quirk into an endorsement deal.

On Tuesday, Hellman’s mayonnaise announced that Levis has officially been brought in as a spokesperson for the brand. In a press release, Hellman’s announced that Levis will receive “a lifetime supply of mayonnaise” as part of the deal.

Levis appeared in a mock press conference announcing his new sponsorship, saying to a group of mock reporters that, “It’s not every day that someone offers to compensate you in mayonnaise.”

“I’m proud to officially announce that I’ve signed a lifetime supply of Hellman’s contract,” Levis said in the video. “I’d like to thank my mom who introduced me to Hellman’s mayonnaise and started my love for the beautiful condiment that it is. As well as my high school lunch lady Miss Lisa, who knew that extra mayonnaise meant extra mayonnaise.”

This isn’t the first time an NFL player has scored a mayo-based endorsement deal. Last year, former New England Patriots linebacker Jerod Mayo appeared in an ad for Hellman’s where he tackled unsuspecting people (including actor Pete Davidson) for wasting food.
