NEWTON – One of Newton North football’s goals this year was to beat a team that they hadn’t since before the 2020 pandemic.
Three weeks ago, they did just that, taking down Needham. Friday night, the Tigers did it again, as they beat the visiting Braintree Wamps 20-0, their first win over the conference opponent since 2017.
