WESTFIELD — The King of Beef. The Prince of Pork. The Baron of Bacon. These are just some of the nicknames that Whip City Jerky & More’s new owner Jeff Bruch has been given by his wife over the course of his 38-year career in the meat industry. And now the newly appointed Jester of Jerky is set to reopen and expand on the jerky shop in downtown Westfield.
Before a public dedication and ribbon cutting grand reopening ceremony that took place on Saturday, Bruch allowed The Westfield News in for a sneak peek at the new look storefront and spoke about his plans to expand on the jerky shop that has been a community staple.
