SPRINGFIELD — Miguel Rodriguez was sentenced to 30 to 35 years in state prison for raping and kidnapping a girl three years ago.
Rodriguez, 27, snatched the child off the street on Jan. 15, 2020, hurling her into the back of his car as she walked home from the school bus stop, according to testimony.
