Midwest Public Safety partners with Veritone to offer a full lineup of AI-powered applications for law enforcement

PRESS RELEASE

DENVER — Veritone, Inc. (NASDAQ: VERI), a leader in building human-centered enterprise AI solutions, today announced a partnership with Midwest Public Safety, a premier provider of public safety technology solutions. Through this collaboration, Midwest Public Safety will offer its prospective and current customers across the Midwest Veritone Public Sector’s complete line of AI-powered applications for law enforcement and judicial agencies, helping agencies streamline and automate manual workflows, accelerate investigations and improve public safety while providing greater transparency.

Two of Veritone’s Public Sector offerings, Veritone Investigate and Veritone Redact, will play an important part of the iDEMS solution offering to Midwest Public Safety’s clients. By offering Veritone’s iDEMS, Midwest Public Safety will enable its clients to streamline their digital evidence management processes across disparate data sources, allowing agencies to store, manage, organize, analyze and share evidence from one central evidence hub.

Infused with AI technology, Veritone Investigate is a modern digital evidence management system that allows investigators to quickly search and discover critical evidence and information much faster and more efficiently than current manual investigatory processes by leveraging AI technologies such as transcription, object detection, facial recognition, optical character recognition (OCR) and much more. With Veritone Redact, Midwest Public Safety clients can take advantage of one of the market’s best-in-class audio and video redaction software tools for public records requests.

“We are thrilled to partner with Veritone and bring their innovative AI solutions to our clients,” said Jeff Oost, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Midwest Public Safety. “With the increasing volume of digital evidence that public safety agencies handle, it is crucial to have a solution that manages this data effectively and also ensures compliance with privacy regulations. Veritone’s iDEMS and Redact solutions provide exactly that, and we are excited to offer these powerful tools to our customers.”

“We are excited to partner with Midwest Public Safety to expand the reach of our industry-leading technology across the Midwest,” said Jon Gacek, general manager, Public Sector, Veritone. “This collaboration underscores our commitment to providing law enforcement agencies with innovative AI-driven tools that streamline digital evidence management and protect privacy. By working with Midwest Public Safety, we are able to support agencies in their mission to serve and protect their communities more effectively and efficiently.”
