Emergency responders requested a medical helicopter Saturday afternoon after a person was injured in a motorcycle crash on Route 122 in Orange, according to the town’s fire department.
Emergency services responded to a motorcycle accident on South Main Street on the Route 2 overpass shortly after 1 p.m., the Orange Fire Department said in a Facebook post. One person was taken by ambulance to Athol Hospital to await transportation to a trauma center via medical helicopter.
No further information about the crash has been released.
