Rankings: Week 1,Week 2,Week 3,Week 4,Week 5,Week 6,Week 7, Week 8, Week 9, End of Regular Season
This is the final, end-of-year installment of MassLive’s statewide Top 25 football media poll for the 2025 season following state championship games at Gillette Stadium.
The rankings are compiled by polling sportswriters and content producers from nine different outlets from the Berkshires to Cape Cod.
Each voter provides their own ranking of the top 25 teams, and the individual rankings are then combined to produce the media poll by giving a team 25 points for a first place vote, 24 for a second place vote, and so on down to one point for a twenty-fifth place vote. The number of first place votes that a team receives every week will be represented with a number in parentheses next to the program’s point total.
Inside another set of parentheses represents a team’s record and where the program was ranked in the end-of-regular-season rankings. Teams that are new to the rankings this week are identified with “NR”.
