While Monday is expected to be dry across Massachusetts, rain is headed this way.
Starting around 6 p.m. Tuesday, Massachusetts residents can expect to start seeing rain. Steadier rain is expected to end Wednesday morning, but spotty showers may continue.
By Wednesday afternoon temperatures could climb to around 60 degrees with the National Weather Service calling it “spring-ish warmth.”
However, the warmth isn’t expected to stay for long.
On Thanksgiving day, afternoon highs are in the upper 40s. And wind gusts will have it feeling as if it were in the 30s for much of Massachusetts. Wind gusts could exceed 45 mph in the Berkshires.
The Berkshires could also get snow on Thanksgiving and Friday.
Friday and Saturday are also much cooler with afternoon highs in the lower 40s to upper 30s. It will feel as if it were below freezing for much of the region during the afternoon because of those gusty west-northwest winds, according to the National Weather Service.
