A 26-year-old man was arrested Sunday in connection with a shooting in Adams that left a person with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Berkshire County District Attorney’s office.

Tyler Bump, of North Adams, is charged with assault and battery by discharging firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling and home invasion, the district attorney’s office said in a statement.

Bump is charged in connection with a shooting on Mill Street in Adams at around 7 a.m. Saturday that prosecutors say involved two people who were known to one another.
