Mass. just set aside $5 million for immigrant legal aid. Here’s what happens next

SPRINGFIELD — While the state plans to spend $5 million to provide legal aid for immigrants facing deportation, it continues to develop details on how that money will be distributed and who will be eligible to receive help.
