A 37-year-old man was convicted of raping a 5-year-old child in Brazil in 2019. But before he could be sentenced, the man fled the country, officials said.
On Sept. 28, Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Boston learned the man was living on Martha’s Vineyard. Officials announced he was arrested Monday.
