LONGMEADOW — In 50 years, Anthony Granaudo never missed a day of school and has now retired after five decades of service to the Longmeadow Public School system.
The 95-year-old was head custodian at Center Elementary School where students in grades one through four called him “Mr. Tony” and counted on him to help clean their trays at lunch when he wasn’t tidying up the rest of the school.
