SPRINGFIELD — Attorneys for a Longmeadow man who is suing the state treasurer’s office filed a memorandum this week arguing why the case should continue.
That request comes after Jennifer Greaney, assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth, asked a federal judge to toss the case.
