SPRINGFIELD — A man is accusing a female employee of the Gándara Mental Health Center of sexually harassing and assaulting him over the course of three years, according to a federal complaint filed Wednesday.
The plaintiff said the female employee, Jacquelyne Caez, sexually harassed and assaulted him, and that John Doe, an unnamed supervisory employee, knew or should have known that Caez was “unfit and unqualified to oversee at-risk individuals suffering from mental health and substance abuse disorders.”
