SPRINGFIELD — The third-seeded Pioneer Valley Christian Academy girls volleyball team captured an MIAA Round of 16 win in the Division V state tournament after a 3-0 win against No. 19 Avon on Wednesday afternoon.
The victory extended their season record to 22-1, limiting the Panthers’ opportunities with set scores of 25-9, 25-17, 25-19.
