Lines for pickle pizza and giant mozzarella sticks became hazardous Saturday night, ending in a 911 call to a popular pizza booth as record-breaking crowds overtook The Big E.
The 911 call was placed at 5 p.m. Saturday as a report of a hazardous condition. A fairgoer told police that pedestrian traffic was completely blocked, and nobody could get through.
