A new episode of the new series, “Naked and Afraid: Castaways” will air on Sunday, August 6 on the Discovery Channel.

According to Fubo’s description of season 1 of “Naked and Afraid: Castaways,” Nine veterans are marooned on a bug-infested island with no tools or maps. They must scavenge wreckage to help them survive. Insect bites ravage all camps, a large predator stalks one team and Bulent secures fire and chases a protein score.

In episode 2, Bulent scores an armadillo with his bare hands, but Na’im struggles to process the win using a fan blade. Andrew and Heather try to make fire, but the only sparks come from their conflict and Candice’s team repurposes debris to trap a protein source.
