Jasprit Bumrah and the Indian national cricket team take on Pakistan in the 2024 T20 World Cup from the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.
The game is scheduled to commence at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) and will be broadcast on WillowTV. Fans looking to watch this match can do so for free by using FuboTV which offers a free trial or with SlingTV, which doesn’t offer a free trial but has plans starting from $10 a month.
Pakistan will be desperate for a win as the team looks to recover from its disastrous start, losing to USA in its first match of the tournament on Thursday. A second loss would put Pakistan in real danger of not qualifying for the next round.
Fresh off a tidy victory over Ireland on Wednesday, India will look to make it two wins in two matches so far in the tournament.
In their 12 previous meetings in the T20 format, India defeated Pakistan eight times to Pakistan’s three, with six of those occurring in previous editions of the World Cup.
In their last meeting back in 2022, India narrowly escaped with a late victory as Virat Kohli expertly guided his side to a four-wicket victory, scoring a crisp 82* runs in 53 balls. Hardik Pandya played a key supporting role with 40 runs scored in 37 balls and also took three wickets with the ball, helping to restrict Pakistan to 159 runs.
