How Mass. traffic officials are trying to stop wrong-way driver fatalities

On the eve of Thanksgiving, Keoma Duarte drove the wrong direction on Interstate 95 for 13.4 miles through seven communities, according to police.

At the mile 81.5 marker in Newbury, police say he crashed into a Chevrolet Trailblazer, killing its driver, Jeremy Cole, a father of four and police sergeant at Endicott College. Cole was driving home to New Hampshire after his work shift.
