HOLYOKE — Holyoke police said they seized 36 vials containing what they said they believed was crack cocaine outside a Sargeant Street apartment building Wednesday.
Michael Grabowiec, 38, of Westfield; 40-year-old Anthony Broden, 40 of West Springfield; and Kyle Neves, 34, of Ludlow were arrested and charged in connection with open-air drug dealing.
Grabowiec is charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, possession with the intent to distribute a Class B drug, possession of a Class B drug and trespassing.
