WESTFIELD — Westfield zoning ordinances call what Todd Cellura is proposing at 1026 Southampton Road a contractors’ shop. Cellura prefers the term “flex space.”
Cellura’s construction firm, Sovereign Builders, is proposing a one-story, 12,000-square-foot commercial building with eight units. Each unit would have two offices, a showroom and a bathroom, totaling approximately 600 square feet. Each would also have a loading dock in the back, leading to a warehouse area with 20-foot ceilings. The warehouse areas would be 1,500 to 3,000 square feet.
