Here’s which Massachusetts school districts closed Wednesday as a result of power outages

Several schools in Massachusetts were closed Wednesday as a result of continued power outages caused by Monday’s storm.

The storm brought record-breaking high winds and resulted in power being cut to over 285,000 customers at one point. On Tuesday, Eversource said the majority of its Massachusetts customers would have their power restored by that evening, while National Grid said all of its customers in the state should have electricity again by 11 p.m. Thursday, though many would have their power back before then.

The following school districts have announced closures or delays for Wednesday, Dec. 20. This list is continuously updated. To refresh this list, click here.
