CHICOPEE — Fourteen percent of Chicopee voters took to the polls Tuesday to elect new and incumbent City Council and School Committee members to office, according to results from the city clerk’s office.
“These were all close races and hard-fought battles,” said Keith Rattell, city clerk, of the election results. Rattell predicted the exact percentage of voters that would turnout to the polls earlier this week.
