Spooky season is already in full swing in Massachusetts, with Spirit Halloween stores across the state opening their doors on Aug. 3, according to company spokesperson Marisa Uzzolino.
This year marks the costume chain’s 40th anniversary, its website stated, and each location will have an in-store theme of “Spirit Hallows Cemetery” for its animatronics display. New licensed merchandise for brands like Barbie, DC Villains, Wednesday and others will also be in stock this year, the site stated.
