Both No. 4 Minnechaug girls’ basketball and No. 5 Pittsfield came into Friday night’s matchup on separate five-game winning streaks.
But Minnechaug prevailed, 50-45, behind 15 points from Lylah Jeannotte and 12 from Kelly Cronin. Jeannotte got 10 points from two-pointers and another five from the foul line.
