Framingham salary database: Here’s the top earners for 2024

Twenty-five people employed by the city of Framingham earned more than $195,000 last year. Of the top 25 highest earners, 19 were members of the city’s police department, according to city data.

Using records obtained through the city of Framingham’s public records request portal, MassLive compiled a database of all employees earning a paycheck from the city.

School Superintendent Robert Tremblay was Framingham’s highest earner in 2024, earning $279,554. His pay includes $273,544 in base salary and a $6,000 car allowance.

Police Chief Lester Baker was second on the list. He made $251,551 and was the highest paid public safety employee in the city.

The highest paid member of the fire department last year was Fire Chief Michael Dutcher, who made $215,350 in base salary.

Rounding out the top 25 were heavy equipment operator Fernando Oliveira, who was also the highest ranked non-public school or public safety employee. He earned a total of $197,228.
