Seventy-one-year-old Floridian Timothy Joley is expected to be in court in Springfield Monday, answering allegations that he murdered 18-year-old Theresa Marcoux, of East Longmeadow, and 20-year-old Mark Harnish, of South Dennis, back in 1978.
Hampden District Attorney Anthony Gulluni announced just a couple weeks ago the arrest of Joley on murder charges in October. That announcement came nearly 46 years to the day of the West Springfield slayings.
Joley has been extradited and is expected to be arraigned at the Roderick L. Ireland Courthouse in downtown Springfield. A news conference will follow.
