Only one party’s ballot has a contested race locally, but primary election polls are open nonetheless for early voting in Greater Westfield, starting today.
Registered voters in any Westfield precinct can cast their vote early starting today and tomorrow, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days, on the second floor of City Hall, 59 Court St. Early voting will continue Monday through Friday, Aug. 26-30, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, also at City Hall.
Southwick will host early voting at Town Hall, 454 College Highway, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. There is no early voting on Sunday, but voting will resume each weekday next week, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with later hours extended to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28. The final date of early voting is Aug. 30.
