WESTFIELD- The 95th annual Westfield Fair is taking place on Aug. 18-20 at 137 Russellville Rd. This celebration features agriculture, animal exhibits, kid activities, food, live entertainment and much more. As the countdown to the fair begins, each day this week The Westfield News will interview one of the volunteers who will help make this annual event happen. Today we’ll get the inside scoop on Shanda Phelon who is a longtime volunteer and attendee of the fair.
