SOUTHWICK — In light of the reports of racist bullying at Southwick Regional School and the Hampden District Attorney charging six students who allegedly participated in the harassment, one local professor said online platforms have caused racist speech to fester.
And being charged criminally can spur a student to change, said a second professor interviewed to provide outside analysis of the situation.
