SPRINGFIELD — A former Springfield police officer who once told a teenager he could crush their skull with impunity has filed a lawsuit claiming city officials intentionally inflicted him with emotional distress with comments they made in the ensuing fallout, among other claims.
Gregg Bigda’s complaint, filed Monday in Hampden Superior Court, includes claims of civil conspiracy and that the city breached its contract with him.
